The Weekly Practice

If you already know what matters—and need a place to stay honest about it—this is for you.

Each Monday, you receive the same 4 questions from me. They don’t change. You answer them honestly.

Here’s what you’ll be asked:

  1. What did you say mattered—and what did you actually do?
  2. Where did you hold back, avoid, or override yourself?
  3. What’s true right now that you haven’t said out loud yet?
  4. What are you committing to this week?

Over time, this closes the gap between what you say matters and how you actually live. Not occasionally. Weekly. Over the course of 12 weeks—a quarter of the year with me walking with you. 

I read what you write—the whole thing—and respond directly. Not with a template. Not with generic feedback. A real human being, with my expertise, who understands the weight behind what you’re navigating—and is paying attention to what you said matters.

Format

12 weeks. One email every Monday. You reply. I respond by end of day Wednesday.

If I miss a week for any reason, your time extends—one week added to your practice.

The Weekly Practice begins April 20, 2026.

I keep this container to 5 women at a time—so every reply gets my full attention. Once it’s full, enrollment closes.
